Library Cards Now Free!

Beginning January 1, 2008 residents of the Town of Elk Point and the County of St. Paul no longer have to pay for a library membership at the Elk Point Library. If you are not a previous member you will be required to have proof of residency such as your driver’s license, water bill, etc. What do you get with membership?

• Access to online resources covering everything from auto repair to zoology.
• Over 7,000 DVDs to borrow and 14,000 films on VHS
